How can I find out the iCloud ID which is registered with my iPhone? I dont know which ID is actually registered with my phone 😟 Please help me

Unless you have multiple Apple IDs it will be the one you used to log onto this forum and post your question.
How many IDs do you have? Rudegar already told you exactly where to look.

I update ios 7.0.4 to 7.0.6 by itunes and didn't know about the icloud things 😟 now I can't activate the phone. I just need to know which ID is used in iCloud. I tried with my apple ID but didn't work.
Where did you get the phone? Did you buy it used and leave it configured with someone else's iCloud account on it? If so, you'll need to get hold of the original owner and have them remove the lock.
Someone logged into iCloud with his ID maybe my friend or someone but if I get the email info then I can tell him to remove the lock. The ID is started with s*****@hotmail.com. I already asked few of my friends whos name started with s but still didnt find the right one 😟 What can I do now?
Sorry. No one can help you with that. You shouldn't let other people set up iCloud accounts on your phone. If you can't figure it out, your only hope is to take the phone and the original proof of purchase into Apple and see if they can re-set it. If you bought it second hand, they can't do anything for you at all.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
