Export from GarageBand for Mac into garageband ios or MIDI

Neither is possible, sorry. You can export from GarageBand iOS to GarageBand on the Mac, but not vice versa. And GarageBand on the Mac can only export audio files, not midi. For midi export you would need Logic.

This is so lame! So basically it is useless! I just composed a song on my iPhone and now that I transferred to my mac, it comes a point that the volumes drop because it understands, it is the end of the song. I cannot extend it, transfer back or do anything. It is bulshit! I am beginning to believe Apple needs to stop playing about releasing new tech and solutions as a strategy to keep marketing position and release new tech solutions as a need to customers. I am really upset!
