My old Airport Utility is grayed out. Does this version work with Windows XP?

How does one get into using the Time Capsule with Windows XP? I think it is working ok with my Mac (not sure).

MacBook (13-inch Aluminum Late 2008), Windows XP, Time Capsule newbie.
