PLEASE HELP! Bootcamp Issues!!!

I recently updated my Macbook (mid 2009) to Mavericks OSX and now I need to partition my hard drive to run Windows 7. Everytime I try to use Bootcamp Assistant it gives me this error message : "Can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server." I downloaded the most recent Bootcamp offered by Apple and I have tried everything and I'm very desparate any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
