Windows 8 No Internet Connection Available

When I log in to Windows 8 on my iMac it says that there are no internet connections available. Wireless internet works fine when I am logged into OS X. Also when I try to go to my external hard drive I cannot find the Disk Management Utility. I've tried searching for the Disk Utility but nothing comes up.
