Apple Mobile Device USB Driver

Dear all

Im trying to update my iphone5 but after that i cant use my phone anymore. it shows USB+iTunes only.

I try to update my driver by myself with the way it written on your web. but the only thing i got is

Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is not found.

I want to konw whats wrong with it and right now im in spain i have no idea whats my life gonna be!!!!!
