What you can redownload for free will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (music won't show there in all countries)

If music shows but not those tracks then check to see if they are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

If the tracks show but don't have the cloud symbol against them for redownloading them do you still have them listed in the Music part of your library ? If you do then try deleting them from there and they should then get the cloud symbol against them for redownloading.

If you aren't in a country where music can be redownloaded then do you not have copies of them on your backup of your library/downloads ?
