Q: In app purchase error

I got an extra 11 dollars I can spare on iTunes. So I went to my favorite app. I've played this app for 3 years so I have made this in app purchase on numerous occasions however this time it lets me put in my password, then brings up a message I need to get apple support? I have more than enough money to make this purchase and my card seems fine. Please help , thanks :)

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you can do so via this link and ask them why the message is appearing (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
