how can i get my password and security questions back? everytime i write my mail in iForgot it doesnt send the mail to my account, why? someone hacked me but i dont know how.

I've had that problem now with my icloud account. When I had my AT&T phone all my accounts we're hacked, event my bank account. I thought getting a new phone and service would stop some of this, but it's still happening. I've changed my passwords a hundred times and it's not working. There's more than one hacker also. They've gone as far as joining these X-rated adult dating sites in my name and email address. I've stayed up all night three different times trying to get out of those sites. I'm lucky I was able to intercept the confirmation emails so I could do something about it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do? I've even cancelled my Facebook account. I think that's where it started.
