Shuffle will not turn off on Itunes 11.

I am using iTunes 11 for mac, and the "turn shuffle off" option is not working. Many people have posted the same question with no response from Apple support to my knowledge. The "Controls" - "Shuffle" - "Turn Shuffle Off" does not work. User uploaded file The shuffle icon (inserted left) indicates that shuffle is off, but Itunes continues to shuffle by song.
