Q: I migrated from a PC to a Mac after creating my apple account on my mac. The files went into a separate user account which I had to create after migrating....How do I combine my user accounts so my migrated files are on my user account that I created 1st?

Very carefully.
Log in as the unwanted user. Move files into the /Users/Shared folder. Create folders as needed to help you organize the move.
Log into the account you want to use. Copy the files from the Shared folder into your account home folder.
Once all is good, you can delete the files in shared and the unwanted account.
