I want to replace my iphone because some or the other time my control center and my satus bar cannot be opened ,.......what should i do ??where shoulld i go

I want to replace my iphone because some or the other time my control center and my satus bar cannot be opened ,and sometimes my apps get closed on its own and it also has scratches on it .......what should i do ??where shoulld i go

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, It is in warranty

so what happened when tried all of the standard troubleshooting steps that are explained in the iphone user guide?
