Q: I've got an apple ID on my phone. I would like to sign up for I Tunes through my home computer, then purchase songs and store them on my phone. not the home comp. Is this possible?

I've got an apple ID on my Iphone. I would like to sign up for Itunes through my home computer, but purchase and store them on my phone. Is this possible?

    I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. You can log into the same account as you are using on your phone on your computer's iTunes via the Store > Sign In menu option (if you are using a PC then control-B should get the drop-down menus to show if they don't already do so). You can then purchase from that account on your phone and/or your computer, you can be logged into the account on both at the same time.

     

    If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then you can use automatic downloads on your phone so that any new music that you purchase on your computer's iTunes automatically downloads on your phone as well : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4539
