Q: Problem! Transfer large size videos from iphone to pc

There is a problem in transfering larger size videos from iphone to pc! Does anyone know how to solve that problem??

I dont know exactly, but always when i copy videos from my iphone to pc, the large size videos dont work, and my pc shows me that the video is 0.00 bytes, explain this ****!
