i can't log in my icloud account my old email is gone what will i do to finish setup my iphone5

hi last night i reset my iphone5 then after that i cant log in my old itune account i cant opne my iphone what will i do.? to get back my old icloud account i cant remember the email add anf my pass word.. please help me
