Which Macbook Pro Retina should I get?

Hi, I'm a college student here and I have decided to get a MacBook Pro with Retina Display for college (Engineering).

I am unable to decide between the mid 13 inch model and the base 15 inch model.

I will require the laptop for the following usage:

1) WebDesign

2) CAD Modelling (not intensive modelling)
