Display camera output full screen?

Hi all,

I'm using my iPhone camera to feed live video into a projector for a conference.

Using a VGA connector, I can get true mirroring, but I need full-screen video, not the camera controls, etc. that show up when I use the camera app.

Do you know an app/method to get a nice, full-screen, mirrored video feed? I feel like there is some easy fix I'm totally missing.
