Has anyone tried to output a HDV fron DVDSP to a hard drive, and then used another piece of software to burn that output to a BR DVD?
Mac Pro (Early 2009), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
With HD video, you can use Toast with the HD/BD plugin to make BluRay discs.

But will the menus and such still work?
I was not clear in my previious post.
Forget about DVDSP. Nothing in DVDSP is aplicable to a Blu-Ray disc.
If you want to create zippy menus and all that, you need to purchase Adobe Encore, otherwise, Compressor and Toast can create Blu-Ray discs with simple, plain menus.
