The only way you could go back to iOS 5 is if you saved your SHSH blobs for the iOS 5 firmware, otherwise, there is no way you can go back, I am sorry to report.

Downgrading the firmware of the phone is not supported by Apple. And jailbreaking the device can't be discussed here, due to the Terms of Use.
Jailbreaking can make your phone useless:
Unauthorized modification of iOS can cause security vulnerabilities, instability, shortened battery life, and other issues
