I have "An unknown error occurred (-45054). What does this mean? I can't download anything from iTunes and I have songs waiting to download and can't.

I have tried numerous things to get past this error but it continues to pop up. What does it mean? What do I do about it?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.5
