Everytime I Try To Sync Music Or Apps Onto Ipads Or Ipods, itunes Keeps Telling Me To Authorize My Computer. When I Do Authorize My Computer, It Then Tells Me That The Computer Is Not Authorized. What Do i Do Now ?!

Everytime I Try To Sync Music Or Apps Onto Ipads Or Ipods, itunes Keeps Telling Me To Authorize My Computer. When I Do Authorize My Computer, It Then Tells Me That The Computer Is Not Authorized. What Do i Do Now ?!
