Mar 4, 2014 12:00 PM in response to mmb008by BobRz,If it started when you installed drivers for an audio interface, the most likely culprit is that you haven't fully removed them. Was there an uninstall program?

Mar 4, 2014 12:47 PM in response to mmb008by mmb008,I just ran a hardware diagnostic and it came up with no errors. Yes the DMG File came with an uninstall. That is the one I used.

Mar 10, 2014 12:32 PM in response to mmb008by uscdude,I also have this same problem that just started happening a couple days ago. I have a 15" MBP [Late-2008] It randomly started making this continuous beep that repeats itself every 5 seconds or so. I have tried resetting the PRAM settings & ran Disk Utility but that didn't fix the problem. This problem can sometime go on for hours and then stop randomly and start again when I boot up my computer again.
The only thing I installed was my Bose Companion 5 Speakers but my MacBookPro still makes this same continuous beeping noise when its not even plugged into the USB port.
I have no idea how to resolve this annoying & frustrating issue. Any suggestions?
