Some apps disappear after installation

Hello, we bought a new iPad Air about three weeks ago. Since the first days, we had a problem with installation/starting of many apps.

After installation of the apps, many of them can’t be started. Some do, some don’t work.

For example, the app “iTheory Mofa Premium”. We bought it for CHF 9.-

When installing (or downloading from cloud again), the icon/symbol appears on the desktop:

But after installation, the icon/symbol disappears from desktop.

Under settings, all apps: As you can see the app “iTheory Mofa Premium” appears, but with no title. And it’s not possible to start it. All I can do here is “uninstall”.

There are also some other apps with no title. They have all the same problem.

What we tried:

• - Serveral install/uninstalls on iPad
• - Reboot iPad Air
• Uninstall/install and synchronize from iTunes

None of this tries could help.

What can be the problem here?
