I keep getting the itunes library .itl file is locked or on a locked disc, how can I unlock it?

Check out the articles below to troubleshoot your issue with writing to your iTunes file and folder. You may need to see if the location exists within windows or it could be a permissions issue, either way one of the articles will help.
