Q: Is there a way to add text on the pages with the photos when creating an album to publish?

I am creating an iphoto album to publish and cannot add text to pages other than the over and intro.  Can anyone advise?  Thanks

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Computer 8 months old
