Q: Just got a new computer with Windows 8. Can't get Itunes to download. Checked with clerk at Sam's Club who said that was her experience as well.

Just got a new computer with Windows 8. Can't get Itunes to install. Checked with a clerk at Sam's Club who said it wouldn't install for her either.

What do I need to do. Sent an email to Apple; but just got a computer generated response with no helpful advice.
