imovie transfer video's from ipad 2 to iphone 5s?

I think it maybe a case of money back apple. As the name states iMovie "MOVIE" but cannot upload videos unless taken with ipad, now that's just not on.

But I hope that you have an answer to get videos from iphone to ipad then imovie. Happy to buy another app but which one will do it? Vimeo apparently use to but has no features do do so anymore. Then there "video stream" but again useless, icloud share does not transfer to stream but share which wont work either.

No air play on ipad. Video can be transfered to ipad via icould share but apple do not allow them to be transfered into other files like camera roll, albums etc.

Imovie can only see camera roll, stream and albums but not "shared" uploaded from icloud.

Need an update or money back please.
