How can I get the Braille keyboard on iOS 7?

I would like to enable the braille keyboard on my iOS device. Is there any way to do this on iOS 7?

I need this for making ASCII art with Braille.

It would be great if I could make a custom keyboard with 16 keys that have 16 popups for each key (the same way you get those diacritical marks above letters currently), so I could organize the keys better. Alternatively, it could work the way the emoji keyboard works.

Organization of the characters is key here. It's why I'd rather not use an uncustomizeable app like Unicoder Lite.

If there is no way to do it on the system, is there an app store app or a jailbreak tweak that would let me do it?

Thanks!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
