Q: my hotspot doesn't show in settings

I wanted to use my i5 as a hotspot.  But it doesn't show it listed on cellular.  I have sprint....How do I get it installed? or do I have to contact sprint first?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

    You have to contact them first because Personal Hotspot is a carrier feature.

    You would have to contact Sprint to set up your Personal Hotspot - it would very likely increase your cellular plan price.

     

    But I think you are saying you do not see Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot on your iPhone.  Are restrictions enabled?  Check Settings > General > Restrictions.  That is the only reason I know that you should not see that category in Settings ( Cellular > Personal Hotspot ).
