How to set my movies music documents folder to go to external portable drive?

I have a toshiba canvio connect drive 2tb, which is set to ntfs but have a plugin from apple to be able to read and write on ntfs, I have it partitioned in 3 sets 100gb for osx time machine, 100gb partitioned for my windows 8 ultrabook, and the rest for my data. BUT I been reading extensively on setting up your home folder to go straight to data drive, I DO NOT want to do that? I just want to have it set up to where my music, movies, video, pictures, documents etc will go to my external hard drive without having to drag and drop EVERYTHING every single time. I use itunes for my music and only music, pictures i use iphoto, documents such as word powerpoint etc i use microsoft office, Movies/ video I use Movist or VLC, etc I just want to be able to have that folder go straight to my external.

Also my portable hard drive comes with pogo plug pc so I can access these files remotely or wireless streaming anywhere on any device with the app so I just want it to be set up seamlessly, conveniently, and organized so I dont have to worry about it. thanks
