Q: My iphone and ipad were not synching, so my daughter erased everything, and now the phones are locked out. I tried to reset the password, but its not working to unlock the phone and Ipad. I'm not sure what to do?
I orignially started with a Toshiba laptop that I set up an itunes account. I have since purchased an iphone 4 for work,and and iphone 4s for pleasure, plus an ipad. The iphone 4s and ipad use the same email address, and I initialized them from my laptop. The emails for the 4s and ipad were not synching, so my daughter thought it would be best to reset and erase both of these, and start fresh. After she erased everything, she must have put in the wrong password to activate them. Now both won't accept the original password, and I can't seem to reset them. I'm not sure what to do to correct this. Any thoughts?
