Set time and date won't work

When i'm trying to install my Apple TV 3, it won't set time and date.

I read things on this community and on google about router problems.

Well, I already reset my router, Firewall is off. Trief on wi-fi and with ethernet cable.

Strange thing is, he is downloading updates en install them correct. But setting time and date won't work.

Even if i'm going to i-Tunes there is no option in the 'localisation'.
