Will resetting my homescreen layout delete all my other apps that I've downloaded?

I was moving my music app out of a folder and it disappeared. It isn't anywhere on my phone. I can still search for it and it'll come up but the icon itself isn't there anymore. I've read that you can reset your homescreen layout but I was just wondering something before I do that. Will resetting my home screen layout delete the other apps that I have in my phone?
