4013 Problem

hello there I have a problem , when I switch on my I phone 4s a low battery warning appears and then the Apple logo appears and then it shut down itself , when I entered the DFU mode and tried to restore it , Error 4013 appears :\ now what ?

I changed the Battery and the port and usb's and manythings and nothing happend ?

help me plz 😟
