Message says that it must be redeemed in US storefront. How do I do that?

Are you in the US with a US billing address on your account ? If you are then what are you trying to redeem it on, a computer's iTunes or an iOS device ?

And if you're not in the US, then you cannot redeem a gift given to you by a US user.
