hi I have an urgent question

I restored my ipod, and I thought I saved my photos and videos to icloud , but apparently i didnt. so I lost all my sons firsts videos and photos, I was wondering if theres anything i can do to get those videos/photos backs they mean the world to me , please help! I have the 4th generation ipod touch

If you don't have an iCloud or iTunes backup then, after a restore, they are gone, sorry,

The iCloud and iTunes backup only includes those photos and videos in the iPod's Camera Roll album. It does not included photos and videos synced to the iPod from a computer.
