Is this 7.0.6 Settings Update okay?

I received an update notice on my iPAD mini for iOS 7.0.6 today 3/5/2014. I notice that it is not listed above although the notice gave this web address for more information. I want to make sure this is okay before I install. Anyone?

Yes. Only Apple can push updates to their devices. Its a Securtiy fix that is highly recommended you install.

Additionally it is listed in the link (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1222?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US) you camer from, its the fifth one from the top.
