Can not connect iPod Shuffle with iTunes
My iPod Shuffle (4th gen.) won't be recognized by iTunes or my Win PC.
Any help?

Did this shuffle previously work with this computer, and does not now for some reason? Or is this a new shuffle that you are trying to connect for this first time?
If it's new, first check the connection point at the shuffle, and make sure the docking cable plug if completely inserted into the headphones jack, as shown in this document
