Boot camp low sound quality right channel

I use bootcamp withWindows 7 because I play a lot of video games. From the get-go I have had big problems with my right side audio. I use two sets of speakers with a splitter, one is a small set so you can't really tell left from right, but the others are smaller ones on either side of my desk. When I use the line out on the back, the quality and volume of the right channel is very very low. If I use realtek HD audio manager and move the sound to the right, the sound is terrible quality and fuzzy... Is this a physical problem like my line out (it just has a problem in windows) or is it a driver? Possibly both? And could I get a new sound card and fix the problem? Thanks in advance!
