Q: My Iphone 5S crashed 3 times and on the 3rd time it will start up and remains frozen on the start up screen, ive tried restoring it, but it will not do anything and still remains frozen

I am having trouble with my iphone 5s, it crashed 3 times in the space of 20 minutes on the 3rd time the phone will not start up and freezes on the start up screen, i have placed it in recovery mode and tried to restore it and the restore will not complete after trying many times to restore it. Is there anything i culd do without taking it to a apple store first?
