Iphone and Ical not syncing

I've just noticed in the last couple of days that my iphone is not syncing with my Ical on my laptop. I did recently update my iphone's software (7.0.6). I am current with all software updates on the laptop (as of today) and they are still not syncing. Any suggestions?
