Side tab never goes away when dropping music on iPhone

So you know when you are dragging music onto your iPhone and a side tab appears on the right hand side with your connected device to drop the music onto?

Well the bloody thing seems to stay there 50% of the time I drop the music onto my iPhone.

The only way I can get rid of it is to quit itunes and re-open.

Anybody else have this issue?

I've been having this issue ever since the feature was introduced.
