My iPhone is about full. Mostly, music taking up the space. How can I move my music from my phone to the cloud? I'm okay with downloading it when I want to play it from my phone.

Music available from the iTunes store is already in iCloud (assuming it is still available in the iTunes store). All you would need to do is delete it from your phone and you will see iCloud download symbols to redownload it, as long as you have Music turned on in Settings>iTunes & App Store under Show All.
Music from other sources, such as your CDs, can only be made available in iCloud by subscribing to iTunes Match (http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/).
