Caller id
I have an iPhone 4S and the show my caller ID button is greyed out. I tried to switch it on but it won't move off grey... Any idea.?

You must be using a CDMA carrier, which means you need to contact your cellular carrier.

Not all carriers support controlling that from the phone.
