Q: itunes will not open on my pc

I never had any problems and I don't have this problem with any other file on my computer except itunes. I click the icon and it doesn't do anything. So I uninstalled itunes and went to the itunes website and reinstalled it. It still will not open. It is fine on our phone and ipod, the problem is only on our PC.

Thanks for your help with this matter.

Doublechecking. In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?
