How do I access my contact information in iCloud?

I have an iPhone 4S. Figured out how to back up to iCloud but how do I access the contact information? Photos? Anything?

iTunes will not recognize my password to allow me to manually control/access any backup information or changes.

I'm REALLY frustrated.

Can anyone help?

Log into www.icloud.com from a browser on your computer, then click on the Contacts icon...

iCloud backups are not viewable or editable. They can only be restored to another iOS device.

If you want to be able to view your Contacts at https://www.icloud.com you need to sync them there by turning on iCloud contact sync on your device (Settings > iCloud on iOS devices) rather than (or in addition to) backing up. As noted above, backups are not viewable. Photos are not viewable on iCloud.
