IPAD 1 and ACTIVATION PROBLEM. Immediate help needed

My İpad 1 started to start and close continuously and then now I cant activate it. I did every solution except writing to you.

What should I do? I tried DFU mode and Recovery Mode.

After recovery mode completes, it says error code (-1). Your iPad couldnt be activated. or something like that.

I have wifi connection. working well

I have original data cable

I have itunes latest version.

still I get errors and "try again" messages 😟

My latest ios version was 5.1.1

before it, I used 4.2 I think (it was better,)

I really didnt do anything.My ipad 1 was just lying on the table while we were eating. I didnt understand what was happening. It is 3 a.m here and I still looking for solution
