PC Adapter for Airport Express

I have an airport express as my home wireless router. I have a desktop PC (Windows 7) with a D-link USB wireless adapter, and it's not receiving anything from the Airport Express. Does anyone know a good USB wireless adapter (for a PC) that's compatible with Airport Express?

Thanks!

The dlink would not be my favourite brand but it should work.. how old is it? Is it N wireless? Model number might help. Is the express N wireless model btw??

Assuming everything is recent and N wireless.

Much of the issue can be wireless names you are using are incompatible with windows.

Please reset the Express and use all SMB names. .that means short names, 2-20 characters, no spaces and pure alphanumeric. Make sure everything complies. Base station name and wireless name.

Test firstly with no security. Does that work. ?? If not it is unlikely to ever work.

If it works, immediately set security to WPA2 Personal with purely alphanumeric password of 10-20 characters.

Set the wireless password in the computer and test again.

Sometimes it is worth setting wireless channels as that also enables you to check that your not using a channel that the dlink cannot see.. eg the earlier Express running on 5ghz and the USB stick only doing 2.4ghz will never work.

Here is a listing on our forum in Australia.. I cannot post the URL here as Apple refuses to allow it. The info was gathered by Pete y Testing.
