Q: can not find airplay.

hi i couldn't find the airplay option in my iphone 5 (os-7.0.6). i am using it in japan by KDDI as carrier.

can any one suggest me any better way to turn on airplay ?

You have to be signed on the same wifi network as the airplay compatible device before you are given the option to turn it on/use it.
It will appear in control center.
