Ipad sudden power off and cannot switched on

Hi, My ipad is on 99% battery level, then it suddenly switched off and i couldnt switched it on again. I've tried holding the power and home button for 20 seconds even with cable attached to power source and also computer. But nothing happens. Instead the ipad became hot.. Please help me on this.
